As a start-up, were looking for someone exceptional, entrepreneurial, motivated and ready to influence others.What youll bring to the role:Talented as a creative, youll be inventive and passionate about the world of games developmentYoull be a skilled digital animator and an experienced user of state-of-the-art software including Z-Brush, Unity & BlenderExpertise in the rapidly evolving area of VR/AR Insights into the digital entertainment industry and immersive technology We are at the beginning of transforming how technology programmes are delivered, so were looking for someone who has the creativity, enthusiasm and motivation to be an agent of changeDesigning programmes which match learner experiences with industry expertise Promoting lifestyle learning, ensuring learning is accessible from anywhere at any time across multiple platformsEither experience in teaching, coaching or mentoring staff - or a strong desire to develop your career in this wayDesigning accessible, challenging, engaging and innovative learning frameworks, schemes of work and delivery plansPassionate, conscientious a great team worker supporting the ongoing launch of South Central Institute of TechnologyFrom September 2021 we will be launching additional Apprenticeship Programmes and we need you to drive this forward. Therell be some planning to do, curriculum design, student recruitment, and engagement with employers before we kick off the academic year.The scale of the challenge:The IoT Team has worked collaboratively for the last 12 months to design a brand new and bespoke curriculum. We originally intended to make this qualification exclusive to our centres, but we think its too good to keep for ourselves. As such any centre globally can adopt our new HN Digital Technologies qualification, but we will be the first to offer in Spring 2021 and South Central Institute of Technology, and learners will be the first certificated in HN Digital Technologies. The qualification is also currently under review as part of the reforms to Higher Education and soon we will receive feedback whether itll be granted a HTQ Kite Mark- again another first. Our qualification not only brings the best from industry, but really focusses on development of knowledge, skills (we have developed a Skills Framework with Skills Builder) and behaviours.
