Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Artworker to join our Online team! Your role will involve the design, and upload of creative assets and product information for the purpose of the Lidl websites, apps, and newsletters.The online team are a fun and hard-working team! We collaborate on exciting projects with teams across the business and create some exceptional work, which is seen by over 4.3 million users a month. The team looks after content across 3 owned digital channels, including the Lidl websites, apps and newsletters.We’re looking for someone with Adobe creative skills across InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver, as well as basic HTML skills. You’ll need to be able to work to multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable adapting to change. You will also need to have excellent attention to detail to make sure all content you upload is correct and aligned to brand and campaign deadlines too.Please note: this is a digital art-working role, but the contractual job title will be “Administrator” in line with our internal role structures.What youll do

  • Designing and uploading content and product information for the Lidl websites, Lidl apps and Lidl newsletters
  • Creating product images for the CMS
  • Supporting with asset creation, design, template management and HTML build of newsletters
  • Working to regular deadlines and adapting to ever-changing environments
  • Checking content to ensure accuracy and high quality standards
  • Ensuring that work is creatively aligned with creative toolkits and other channels
  • What youll need
  • Adobe creative skills across InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Basic HTML experience. Training will be provided to develop these skills, but you will need a foundation
  • Design experience in a digital environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience creating for web and newsletter using CMS and Salesforce systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable managing ever changing design requirements
  • Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills and processes quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely organised with experience of managing multiple deadlines
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment would be an advantage
