Digital Architect - ITConsultancy£80k - £110k OTEUK WideA leading technology consultancy with offices across the globe continue to grow within the architectural space. We are seeking a number of highly talented Digital Architects to bolster an award winning team of architects. As a digital architect, you will havefull end-to-end ownership of digital solutions for a number of market leading clients throughout the UK. The Digital Architect will be experienced in understanding customer requirements, delivering Digital platform solutions, producing high quality code and scalable, integrated software solutions in the Digital space. It will suit someone who wants to take a strategicapproach to Digital platform design and delivery whilst also maintaining a hands-on role working with technology. Ideally you will have experience in software development or software engineering.The Digital Architect will effectively be home working but will be required to travel to client sites throughout the UK. Key Skills:*Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills*Experience in working with Senior and Executive Management*Sector knowledge e.g. retail, utility, travel and transport*Solid understanding of the technology market in areas such as Digital Experience Platforms, content management systems, Marketing, Automation or E-commerce, and applications of emerging technologies in the market. An appreciation of both open source and proprietarysolutions, and the place for each, is essential.*Software development experience, ideally in a high-scale Digital environment. Experience of market-leading Digital Experience Platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Sitecore or Acquia would be an advantage.*Web platform experience, including awareness of the latest techniques, standards and best practices. Proven track record of delivering complex platforms at scale in both B2B and B2C settings*Experience of leading the solution design and implementation of content management systems, e-commerce solutions and bespoke web applications.*Understanding of web application architectures, such as modern JavaScript applications, latest enterprise mobile architectures and development approaches*Experience of leading agile teams and working in an agile manner in a commercial environment*Knowledge of DevOps - including Configuration Management, Environment Management, Continuous Integration/Deployment and Release Management.*Awareness of best practice in enterprise integration, API development, content management and scalability*Architectural appreciation and delivery experience in customer centric platforms utilising complex integration patternsThis role may suit people with the following job titles - Solutions Architect, Digital Architect, Digital Solution Architect, Lead Architect.We are keen to build strong relationships with IT consultants based on providing a transparent and supportive service.
