They have pivoted from the typical shirt smart trousers and shoes to new knitwear and half zips leading to the best every year.They are making a massive push on their digital section of the business to look at their customers and how to best target them of which this role plays a key part.RoleYou will be doing everything CRO and web analytics for their e-commerce site, looking at how to best utilize A/b testing to increase the user experience and drive sales. You will be working with your manager and the UX designer and two developers to buildout the website and continue the brand forward into the new century.You will have three main responsibilities1. Supporting internal and external inter-department analytics support2. Second one is maintaining data quality3.
