DIGITAL ANALYTICS MANAGER£40000-50000LONDONThis growing marketing agency is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial and agile new analyst to join the team. They idealise agility, creativity and ownership of your work, enabling you to have autonomy over what you do.The RoleAs a digital analytics manager, you will head up the analytics and insight function, using data to guide strategic business decisions. More specifically they will have to:

  • Provide data driven insight using Google Analytics and use social media analytics and social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Social bakers and Hubspot to feedback on the success of new and existing campaigns.
  • Communicate within the department about strategic ideas and improvements that need to be made to fit current trends.
  • Dig deep into social media trends and listen to the impact of the marketing campaigns you are managing , provide impactful reports that change the way people view data.
  • Your Skills
  • Confidently analyse real time data and provide insight on trends using Google analytics and social media analytics programmes such as Hubspot, Brandwatch and Sproutsocial.
  • Have experience working in an agency where you have specialised in digital analytics.
  • Be able to tell a story with data enabling stakeholders to understand in simple terms. Use split tests and hypothesis results with the data to feedback an insightful solution to any problems.
  • Be creative, ambitious, flexible and be able to think on your feet.
