Digital Analytics ManagerSector: Life InsuranceLocation:London or BournemouthBase Salary:up to £60,000 p/aAn award winning UK insurer and investment provider is looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to lead the performance analysis of an innovative new product.Through tracking implementation, reporting, user analytics, personalisation and ongoing optimisation testing, you will recommend and execute activities that improve new business leads & sales, member engagement, cross-sell and retention performance. Leveraging your digital insights you will work with senior executives in setting the strategic direction of the product.The Digital Analytics Manager role sits within the wider Marketing Analytics team and in the role you will enjoy working with rich datasets, cutting edge technology and see your analytics drive real business applications in an innovative company that helps people live healthier lives.Accountabilities- Lead the digital analytics strategy and the measurement framework for the product.- Lead the technical implementation of tags across web and mobile properties.- Develop and implement best practices around tagging/ digital analytics deployments.- Identifying data issues and solve complex problems- Produce actionable insights that drive the improvements in product performance and contribute to strategic business outcomes.- Quantify the size of issues/opportunities and assist digital and marketing teams to build cases for improvement or further testing and analysis.- Lead the relationship with external suppliers and own the suite of 3rd party digital tools- Work closely with senior executives and cross functional teams to create automated business dashboards and real-time visualisations that enable efficient self-service reporting.- Accountable for the commercial success of the optimisation strategy, with conversion targets built into sales forecasts and return on marketing investment models.Skills Required- Experience working in a senior digital role, specialising in analytics & optimisation with a proven track record of running tactical and strategic projects that deliver business value.- Advanced technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform products (Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Optimize).- Advanced skills in A/B, MVT Testing and Personalisation (Qubit or similar) and excellent knowledge of conversion rate optimisation principles.- Advanced skills to generate detailed reporting dashboards (Data Studio and Power BI).- Highly analytical mind-set and ability to identify patterns, trends and insights that drive performance driven decision making.- Strong communicator at all levels and experience in working effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.- Passion for digital and marketing, able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of disciplines- Experience in leading high performing teams- Vendor management and budget experience- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.- Digital native, with a desire to solve problems, seek out new ways of doing things and proactively learn and adopt new skills to deliver the very best outcomes.- Previous insurance or financial services industry experience would be a bonusWhat do you get in returnYoull experience an exciting mix of creativity and innovation, within a framework of challenging objectives and a passion for delivering the best.
