*Can you increase internal engagement, train colleagues and optimise the use of various digital platforms and channelsA progressive UK NGO is hiring a Digital Adoption & Training Lead on a permanent contract.*Responsible for managing all user aspects of their digital platforms and tasked with bringing team practices in-line regarding their use, you will:- Help teams transition their digital tools, content and activity to the centrally verified suite of platforms- Manage networks of champions of the Academys digital platform: create and share content, drive engagement of the network- Act as an intermediary between the champions and IT/Ops to drive improvements, change in processes and practices; with freedom to shape and build engagement- Maintain the SharePoint environment- Produce bite-sized, multi-media videos for staff training and covering FAQs, supporting the use of platforms and the knowledge hub- Be the first point of contact for platform users*It is essential that you have:- A passion for guiding users to utilise technology, tools and platforms- A background working with digital solutions and a solid understanding of digital platforms (including SharePoint & O365 suite)- An eye for high-quality and practical, accessible content and ability to create brand assets and infographics- An ability to succeed working autonomously, and with other colleagues and senior stakeholders>To express your interest simply attach your CV to this advert and Louis Eastwell, the Consultant leading this recruitment drive will be in touch.
