Digital Account DirectorLondon£60,000-£85,000We are working with a leading brand who serve customers across top Retail, Financial Services brands worldwide to help them transform their visionary long-term thinking across Digital, Commerce, Product Design and Marketing. Due to growth, they are lookingto hire a Digital Account Director to come in a lead and grow the paid media team.The Digital Account Director will show best practice execution across all paid channels (including PPC, paid social and programmatic) both advising and taking ownership for execution for the Brands. This is a hands-on role that also plays a key part in identifyingopportunities for growth and expansion, whilst also demonstrating and creating efficiencies through effective frameworks and processes, automation and platform selection.Key Responsibilities: Managing a small team of paid account executives, leading exceptional execution of biddable media campaigns in line with best practice and client business goals. Providing the teams with the tools and know-how to be able to work together in a highly collaborative environment. Stakeholder management across multiple global locations Managing brand spend to maximise audience retention and growth Working across the MP&A team to ensure all activities are tracked and reported on correctly Leverage our SEO expert and ensure their input is brought into relevant conversations As demand grows for the team source an appropriate agency to handle programmatic and over-flow PPC and Paid social channels. Overall paid media evangelist and expert, participating at networking events and speaking opportunities, elevating the business and facilitating new business opportunities and innovation. Keeping abreast of industry standards, new technologies and thelatest approaches in digital marketing. Ensuring strategic integration with other channels eg marketing automation, CX etcThe ideal candidate will have strong paid media experience and experience of managing and scaling a team in this area; ideally, the successful candidate will have strong B2B experience either client or agency side.Our client offers a package of £60,000-£75,000 + bonus & package.
