We are looking for an experienced Dietitian/Nutritionist to work in Primary Care North Croydon (PCNC) supporting patients with obesity, diabetes and other common conditions like IBS etc. PCNC is a network of 6 medical practices in Croydon providing high quality NHS services.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of conducting nutrition assessments, identifying patients at risk and creating diet plans. You should be able to analyse the effectiveness of interventions and use metrics to implement data-driven improvements. You should also actively keep up with the latest nutritional research, integrating new findings into diet plans and nutritional services. The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of experience providing nutrition education to patients and mitigating risk factors and must be a registered dietician. You must be ready to collaborate with doctors, therapists and nurses across the 5 practices in order to tailor dietary services and improve patient outcomes. The Registered Dietitian should be a good communicator, critical thinker and team player.
