Dietetian Assistant Practitioner, Band 4 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Dietitian Assistant Practitioner to join our community dietetic team in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Within this role you will deliver elements of dietetic care to malnourished patients in the community as delegated by the DieticianThe role will involve include implementing, monitoring and evaluation of nutritional care plans to improve the nutritional care of patients with a wide-range of conditions, both physical and mental health. The role will also support the dietitians working in Primary Care Dietetic clinics with a specific focus on gastroenterology, IBS, FODMAPs intervention and nutrition support.You will see patients in a variety of locations, including care homes, patients own homes and GP surgeries. To facilitate effective mobile working you will be equipped with an ipad/laptop, whilst still benefiting from a shared Dietetic office space and access to other Oxleas NHS Trust work-bases.Our Team consistently receives positive feedback from our patients, and always ensures that user focus is key to delivering our service. You will have the opportunity to develop in this role and contribute your skills and knowledge, whilst working as part of a supportive Dietetic Team. You will also be supported by the Head of Profession, Adult Lead Dietitian, and by the wider community dietetic team.The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills.
