Your expertise will be instrumental in: Defining and implementing standardized automated build processes across our projects, leveraging Azure DevOps pipelines to streamline our softwaredelivery pipeline Orchestrating the provisioning of environments via automated methods, ensuring seamless and secure deployment to Azure environments Guiding our DevSecOps engineers in embracing continuous delivery and security-driven development practices,ensuring our solutions meet our highest security and compliance standards Collaborating with our Security Engineering team to establish a robust framework for security tooling and practices across our Azure application estate Lead a collaborative team andfoster a culture of innovation Your leadership as DevSecOps Lead will be crucial in motivating and empowering our delivery squads, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where creativity and innovation thrive. Youll: Mentor, coach, andguide our delivery squads, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the ever-evolving DevSecOps landscape Identify opportunities for professional development and prepare our engineers for future roles within Lloyds Foster strongrelationships with our Domain leads, Security Engineering manager, and Technical Delivery team, ensuring our DevSecOps strategy aligns with the overall technological vision of Lloyds To succeed in this role, youll bring: A deep understanding of DevOps principles,including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code Expertise in cloud computing technologies, with a particular focus on Azure DevOps and its capabilities Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, ARM templates, or Terraform, enabling youto automate and optimize our Azure infrastructure A proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, allowing you to effectively articulate complex technicalconcepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Join us and embark on a transformative journey At Lloyds, were committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where talented individuals from all backgrounds can thrive.
