Job Description

DevOps Engineer - Azure - InsureTechBased in Central LondonA globally recognised InsureTech, working in the heart of London, are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to come in and propel the infrastructure and architecture teams forward using DevOps principles, methods and practices.For this role, your duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Work with the team to have a cost effective and fast delivery pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining the Azure infrastructure.
  • Creating and monitoring dashboard systems in and overseeing any issues across the infrastructure, data, and applications.
  • Act as a leading figure in the DevOps team, driving the DevOps principles and overseeing other engineers.
    • It will be helpful if you have experience in:
  • VSTS / Azure DevOps.
  • Building and deploying software in a commercial environment.
  • Infrastructure as code, using Terraform and ARM Templates.
  • Using configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc.).
  • Scripting / programming languages (Python, C#).
  • Microservices and containerised systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
