A large internationally recognised business is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help deliver and manage web and enterprise applications. Reporting into the Digital Technology Director and based from impressive offices in London with the flexibility to workfrom home, the successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning, configuring and administering cloud / virtual infrastructure and Linux operating system environments. The role will involve extending and maintaining the process automation capabilitiesfor continuous integration and delivery of applications.In order to be suitable for this role you must have worked in a DevOps Engineer, Linux Systems Administrator or similar role with strong Linux (Redhat, Ubuntu or CentOS) administration and some DevOps experience. It is essential to have a passion for DevOpstechnologies / processes, strong process automation skills (Ansible or Jenkins preferred) and cloud experience (AWS or Azure).Any exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Git-based source code management, monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga, New Relic) or working in an Agile Development environment would be considered highly beneficial, but not essential.This is a pivotal role in a large constantly evolving business with a large planned project roadmap. This DevOps Engineer role is paying a basic salary of £65,000 plus benefits that generally include 26 days holiday, pension, Life assurance (salary x 4), healthinsurance, gym membership and a flexible benefits scheme.
