Job Description

Development Finance Originator - Remote workingLondonUp to £120,000D&R Partners are pleased to represent a well-established lender who are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth. Their success in recent years has allowed them to create several different opportunities, and they are now keen to onboard a new DevelopmentFinance Originator.The role will focus on working with their customers and introducers to deliver the right lending solution for their needs, whilst exceeding personal income targets and contributing to the company surpassing its business targets.The Development Finance Originator will take on responsibilities such as:

  • Working with the Relationship Support Team on the preparation of indicative term sheets and formal term sheets
  • Fielding and initial analysis of loan enquiries including an assessment of pricing and issuing Indicative Terms
  • Production of documentation for the credit process
  • Instruction of professionals
  • Fully maintain deal details and progression notes in the CRM system
  • Preparation of a pre-drawdown checklist, based on the approved credit report
The Development Finance Originator will possess qualities such as:
  • Excelled understanding of the concept of peer-to-peer lending
  • SME and property banking background
  • Extensive secured loan experience
  • A track record of exceeding targets
  • Professional people skills
  • Ability to write concise but detailed credit reports
