Job Description

2nd Line Support-Full Time Onsite-Part Time-3-4 Days Per WeekTemporary Desktop Support Administrator to build on the existing IT Team, during the absence of members of the team up until September 2023. The candidate will quickly become the internal face of internal IT and will be pivotal in supporting the companies’team members. Our clients works with a lot of different technologies to which the successful candidate will get exposureProviding 1st & 2nd Line IT service and technical support to internal staff, visitors and partners. Managing helpdesk tickets in line with company agreed to Service Level Agreements. Identifying new ways to manage the fleet of team member devices.Strong customer services experience supporting different types of customers. Exposure to supporting various endpoints macOS, Windows 10/11 and IOS devices. An understanding of configuration management systems like JAMF, In-Tune and autopilot. Understanding of the concepts of Zero-Touch Deployments.
