Projects - Windows 10 and Office 365 upgrades and Integration of CANTAB business The role requires a candidate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite including Windows 10, Office 365 ProPlus, Intune and System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM) You will interface with the project team, in-house technical teams, third-party vendors and the end customer. The role will also require travelling to the other offices and working outside of core office hoursMain Duties & Responsibilities Key responsibilitiesinclude; Windows 10 upgrade to 20H2 Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools (SCCM, Intune, Active Directory) to support the transition to Windows 10, Office365 Application Packaging, testing and deployment in support of the transition toWindows 10 and Office 365 Patch Management and Windows 10/0365 Servicing Qualification and Requirements Deploying Windows 10 with System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365 Good Problem-solvingabilities, able to resolve most technical issues and concisely relaying issues for escalation to the migrations team. Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems - Windows 10 Image builds using SCCM Proven Application packaging knowledge using App-V,InstallShield and SCCM Good scripting knowledge including VBS and PowerShell Excellent understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy Excellent understanding of Intune to support BYOD Experience with Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
