Job Description

Description:TEKsystems are currently engaged with a global broadcasting studio to help find a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on a long-term engagement they’re working on.- Provide application support for more than 30 production applications, including backend and user interface support.- Possess a strong infrastructure support and systems administration skill set.- Have access to servers and demonstrate a good understanding of Windows Administration.- Administer complex applications, with expertise in tools like Okta.- Have experience with AWS, including managing EC2 instances and virtual machines.- Work with networks, managing multiple domains and creating DNS records.- Be proficient in automation, including scripting with Python.- Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus, especially in terms of adding, changing, and decommissioning accounts.- Act as a true identity administrator, setting up identities in Okta for third-party production company clients, ensuring proper tool usage and permissions.Skills:
