Job Description

Designer & PhotographerWe have an exciting opportunity for a Designer & Photographer to join our Marketing Department. This role is based at Park Square West with a salary on offer of up to £28,000. We have circa 1200 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.Job DescriptionAs Designer & Photographer you will take a leading role in delivering strong, engaging, on-brand designs, artworks and visual representations (online and offline, internal and external collateral and assets) to support internal business functions such as recruitment, HR, L&D, hospital ward teams, as well as key stakeholders.Job Type:(Full Time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week)Shifts:Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pmBenefits package:We offer a comprehensive package including a contributory pension scheme (total annual contribution up to 20%), Private Medical Healthcare, 33 days annual leave (inclusive), as well as a wide range of other benefits.Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project manage in-house the creative and development process including responding to briefs, design, production, artworking, quality checking, release and administration ensuring all activities are on brand and within agreed budgets
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy, brand consistency, version control and quality of all designs, images and artwork on and offline
  • Build a strong and effective relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Use InDesign to ensure design requests are delivered within the set objectives and deadlines to the highest standards
  • Skills & Experience
  • HND in Design, advertising design, graphic design or digital design
  • Minimum 2-3 years design and artworking experience (design agency preference)
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (previously Adobe Creative Suite) - InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop
  • Minimum 2 years photography experience
