Design Manager role where you will be a crucial part in the development of products as part of a growing, award winning company offering future career progression. Do you have Management experience and a strong mechanical engineering background Do you have experience Designing Tooling Established several decades ago, this company design and manufacture a range of unique consumable products for a worldwide customer base. They are the largest UK manufacturer in their sector and as a result of new product developments and ongoing demand for existing products they currently require a Design Manager to improve the tooling process. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own through growing a Design department and being responsible for developing it as you see fit. You will lead projects to design and deliver new or modified production equipment. Along with this you will provide daily technical support to production and ensure efficiency is maintained.The ideal person will be a candidate with previous mangement experience and a strong background within Tooling Design. You will be pro-active and driven in leading projects and initiatives that will involve multiple departments.
