The CRAIG GREEN Graduate Program for fashion design graduates, is offering a first-hand experience of working within a dynamic environment. We are looking for a recent fashion design graduate to join our team and be an integral part of the various stagesof the design and development process. Working as part of the CRAIG GREEN team, this is an opportunity to gain experience and further develop your skills. Our Graduate programme is a one-year, full-time, paid position running from Autumn 2022.Programme Content:Supporting the Design Development Team in the development processes for our seasonal runway collections and projects- Assisting the Design Development team in the launch and development of the seasonal collection- Supporting in the creation and updating of seasonal range boards- Assisting with logging and tracking of seasonal fabrics and trims- Coordinating and organising shipments, paying attention to correct shipping procedures- Assisting with the tracking of samples- General support in Design development room duties, maintaining the room and its organisational systemsContributing to cross-departmental projects and processes- Supporting with photoshoots and special projects- Assisting with daily errandsLearning outcomes:- Gaining experience of the various stages of the design and development process- Understanding the life cycle of a collection, from conception to bulk production delivery- Experiencing first-hand of the infrastructure involved in running an independent fashion brandWhat we are looking for:- Degree in Fashion Design (BA or MA) graduating no earlier than 2021- A strong work ethic with a professional can do attitude- The ability to multitask, maintain focus and always ensure accuracy and attention to detail- Must be proficient in Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)- A good understanding of garment terminology and construction- Ability to work within a team and able to plan, organise and prioritise tasks in support of deadlines- Strong organisational and presentation skills- Good time keeping skills
