Pay: Leadership Scale 1-4 £42,195- £46,500 Start Date: 1st September 2021Excellent Leadership and CareerDevelopment Opportunity Due to the promotion of ourprevious Deputy to Headship, we are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highlycompetent, engaging individual who has the drive and enthusiasm to help fulfilour schools vison. We are looking for a highlymotivated, quick thinking, articulate and creative leader to join our friendlyand supportive team in a school of happy, enthusiastic and respectful children.This position will suit an energetic person who is passionate about educationand leadership, has the highest expectations of themselves and others, is adynamic primary practitioner who understands outstanding teaching and learningand a strong communicator with emotional intelligence. Our new deputy will have a proventrack record of excellence both inside and outside the classroom and beexpected to develop whole school teaching and learning, curriculum, staffdevelopment and assessment. High expectations are key to the role and acommitment to inclusive education, so that everyone can achieve.
