Role: Deposits & Move Out CoordinatorSouth London Mon-Thu: 08:45am to 19:00pmFri: 08:45am to 18:00pmSat: On rotaSalary: £25,000Role:· Being the first point of contact for tenants from when they hand in their notice· Coordinating and arranging inventory check outs and sending move out letters· Updating and inputting data on software· Checking the check-out report against the inventory check in· Updating landlords, corresponding with tenants concerning deductions from their deposit· Negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages· Arranging for quotes for any works required following the check-out, and organising the works required.· Organising the release of the deposit· General admin and paperwork as requiredExperienceThough our clients will consider applicants with no experience the role would ideally suit someone with one to two years in the industry, with a broad knowledge of Lettings and relevant legislation relating to the necessary associated paperwork they will be required to process. Applicants will be able to demonstrate their ability to multi-task and tackle many files simultaneously whilst maintaining a calm demeanour and have no reluctance to handle difficult situations. With regards to the Saturday, this usually works out to working one Saturday (9:45am - 4pm) every 4-5 weeks, as there is one member of staff working on the Saturday and the rota is between 5 members of staff. Should they work the Saturday, they get the following Friday off in lieu.) Required skills
