Interim Demand Planner (Short-term Contract)Central London/ Hybrid£Day RateRole ProfileCast UK is supporting our client who is an established yet growing business who specialise in the FMCG industry. You will work as part of a Planning team responsible for all aspects of product & service planning, ensuring customers needs are met throughdelivering products on time.Key Responsibilities* Utilise advanced tools for inventory planning, analysing performance data, and identifying optimization opportunities.* Anticipate future product demand trends through comprehensive analysis of sales figures and market trends.* Develop accurate demand forecasts for short-, medium-, and long-term periods to inform inventory planning decisions.* Prepare and present KPI reports for inventory review meetings, offering proactive recommendations for improvement.* Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure alignment between demand plans and budgetary constraints.Skills & Experience* 3-5 years of Demand/Inventory Planning experience, preferably in Food/FMCG sector.* Strong data analytics skills for interpreting and drawing conclusions from performance data.* Strategic mindset, balancing details and innovative thinking for business growth.* Effective planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, fostering teamwork and driving results.About Cast UKCast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
