As a senior member of our team, we need you to lead, manage industry sales targets, plan, and guide and deliver business growth in Consumer & Industrial Products industry vertical with the Salesforce platform. You’ll be working alongside industry team and other agency disciplines, setting client vision, solving business problems with a mix of business, innovative and technical expertise. Responsibilities Set business growth plan for the industry you work in, manage and deliver on the plan Working alongside the wider team, lead the overall technology solution, planning and estimation for complex projects In the spirit of continuous improvement, drive innovation in our design and delivery principles and practices, incorporating these into the Salesforce solutions that we deliver to our clients Manage large, often geographically dispersed delivery teams to deliver full Salesforce lifecycle implementations, with a focus on client success and an appreciation of other wider business, strategic and technology delivery considerations that may determine programme / project success Act as a role model for the team by always demonstrating the highest standards in a business focussed, digital led transformation Conduct quality reviews of our implementations to ensure they meet our high standards Lead end to end pre-sales activities, managing team members with a variety of backgrounds and skillsets to propose the best solutions that meet our clients’ needs Manage and mentor diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributions Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-basis. Your professional experience Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer â€" that’s important. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better. Strong background in successfully selling and delivering Salesforce projects in Automotive, Industrial Products or Manufacturing industry verticals Strong track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets by winning and leading projects that deliver business solutions enabled by Salesforce Experience in designing and implementing industry relevant solutions using the Salesforce platform, as well as leveraging apps available across the wider Salesforce ecosystem, in an enterprise or consulting environment Strong consulting and/or Salesforce technology implementation experience across the entire project lifecycle Strong relationship building and communications skills Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with experience managing relationships with senior leadership within organisations Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. Programme lead, business transformation lead, solution architect, project manager) Experience defining, developing requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions Experience delivering projects using Agile based delivery frameworks Experience contributing to, or leading, RFP responses and other pre-sales activities (e.g. demo set ups, pre-sales conversations etc.) Salesforce Certification(s) â€" Sales, Service, Marketing cloud a significant bonus Proven track record of investment in building high performing, diverse teams to successfully deliver programme goals Ability to travel (potentially abroad) to client sites 80-100% of the time Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
