As well as joining a friendly, dedicated team, you will benefit from a fantastic array of benefits that will support you to achieve that all important work-life balance.What you will bringTo be considered as our Delivery Manager, you will need:- Extensive proven experience in delivering digital projects and products- Experience of using agile project management methods for complex, large scale projects- Experience of managing, leading and motivating teams- Experience of producing and delivering plans and reports for senior and executive teams- Experience of complex problem identification and resolution- An in-depth understanding of the digital landscape- The ability to take a continuous approach to planning, including people and budgets- The ability to matrix-manage multidisciplinary teams- Excellent communication skills at all levelsWhat youll be doingAs our Delivery Manager, you will oversee and manage the delivery of IT programmes, projects and products across our organisation using public cloud based platforms. Specifically, you will use agile delivery methods to identify people and resourcing needs, hold daily scrums or stand-ups and mitigate any risks or obstacles to successful completion.
