Job Description

Delivery Lead - Change/Release - London to £100k plus Package Tria are delighted to bring to market a fantastic new role with a really lovely organisation in central London. We are looking for a talented Delivery Lead to champion best practice for the overall development lifecycle for business-critical platforms and systems.This is a new and critical role in the team to ensure that the detailed pipeline of development work is delivered successfully, whilst in parallel implementing development lifecycle best practice, focused on high quality delivery and optimisation.We are looking for a champion of release and change who can implement a slick testing regime across a development function within a global organisation.Initially the role will be fully remote with a longer-term set-up of flexible working available.What you will be doing:

  • Matrix managing a team of modellers and developers.
  • Owning the end-to-end (E2E) development life cycle.
  • Ensuring business requirements are in place, supporting high quality delivery.
  • Owning the change governance framework, change process, customer engagement and chairing the change forum.
  • Managing and improving the release management process, ensuring delivery times and customer expectations are met and sometimes exceeded.
  • Developing and delivering 1st class stakeholder management / engagement as well as managing 3rd parties/vendors.
  • Producing Management Information (MI) on development progress against objectives.
  • Working closely with design authorities to ensure changes are developed in line with agreed design authority/best practice.
  • Producing new and improving the current testing frameworks.
  • Creating continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  • What are we looking for
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering the end-to-end (E2E) development life cycle in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous budget and resource management experience
  • A high level of experience in planning and executing complex change and delivery pipelines.
  • Experience of driving change and process improvement throughout a global organisation.
  • Able to quickly identify risks and issues and mitigate in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional and demonstrable stakeholder management and business engagement skills.
  • Someone who is adept at thriving in an evolving environment.
  • Whilst this is a leadership role, we require someone who still rolls up their sleeves and gets hands on when required.
  • Ability to provide excellent leadership and mentoring to a technical team.
  • Previous success in managing Workflow, Test Management tools (Jira, Zephyr or similar)
