My client is looking for a candidate that is passionate about working with customers to deliver world-class service. You will be workingwith my clients Delivery and wider projects teams to solve customer problems.My client is looking for a candidate to have the following responsibilities:- Working with members of the Delivery and wider project teams to solve customer problems whilst delivering projects with minimal senior oversight- Running multiple medium-risk projects and workstreams simultaneously- Managing and liaising with senior external stakeholders and internal teams- Translating requirements into functional specifications - Leading projects with the engineering team- Mentoring of Delivery Analysts- Analysing and documenting customer processesThe ideal candidate will have:- Two years as a Business Analyst or relevant project role- Experience managing and liaising with a variety of stakeholders- Excellent organisational skills - An interest in technology- Logical thinking with excellent attention to detail - Confidence and resilienceRewards and benefits of the role:- 22 days annual holiday with a buy/ sell scheme- Part funded travel to the office- Company pension and bonus scheme- Annual wellbeing budget, CSR initiatives and time off to volunteer- Company social events- Great company culture-Technical certifications- Flexible working practices; in terms of working location
