A brand new AVP role within a reverred and reputable global financial insititution.Client DetailsThis is an integral member of the Securities Legal Team within the broader Legal Team of the organisation and mainly work on transactions and matters in connection with the bank.The DCM/ECM Transaction Manager will draft, review and advise on securities-related documentation (as described in Background below) and help the execution of such documentation in accordance with internal requirements and policies and external regulations.Description(i) Managing legal and documentation risk in Capital Markets Group transactions(ii) Transactional and structuring advice to front office(iii) Management of reputational and conduct risk(iv) Assistance with the legal aspects of firm projects(v) Review of non-transactional / commercial contracts for CM-Ltd(vi) Driving and supporting the firms culture and positive conductProfileYou may be qualified in another jurisdiction and not be/able to practice in the UK You may be an experienced Transaction Manager looking for a change You will have general knowledge of English securities law and regulation, as well asworking knowledge ofcommercial law and an appreciation of how other legal systems operate.You will have strong communication skills and adept at establishing professional credibility at all levels within thebusiness, with the ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders.You will demonstrate confidence and is adept at negotiating and influencing others.You will possess excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure, to tightdeadlines and on varying agenda, simultaneously flexing priorities when necessary.You will have strong levels of business understanding and commercial acumen.You will possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.You will be highly articulate and able to apply new skills effectively.Job OfferPlease contact me for an exhaustive job description.Permanent roleCompetitive salaryBonusExcellent pension and benefits on offer
