Job Title: Dayforce HCM Implementation ConsultantLocation: RemoteSalary: £80KWe are looking for an experienced Dayforce HCM Implementation Consultant to join a SaaS Consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of HCM solutions across the companys clients.Responsibilities:* Lead the implementation of Dayforce HCM solutions for clients, within agreed timelines and budgets* Gather and analyse client requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements* Provide technical support to clients and partners throughout the implementation process* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners* Deliver training to clients and partners on the use and implementation of the HCM solution* Proactively identify and resolve any issues during the implementation process* Analyse and report on project progress* Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality* Stay up to date with industry trends and developmentsTechnical Skills Required:* Proven experience in Dayforce HCM implementation* Knowledge of SaaS solutions* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Knowledge and experience of Agile methodology* Knowledge of project management processes* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Understanding of database and system designInterested Contact Zoe at JGA today.
