Senior Business Analyst data warehouse London £75kThis is an immediate and exclusive opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join a thriving data warehouse team within this insurance business. You will be a key voice in helping to devise data strategy by collecting data needs and developing and deliveringa great strategy for data within the data warehouserole details

  • Title: Senior Business Analyst
  • Technology focus: SQL SERVER/ Data warehouse
  • Location: mix of home working with a base office in either London or Maidstone
  • Salary £60,000- £75,000
This role is for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Datawarehouse IT Team.You will be working with the IT Applications Team, IT Technical Resource, Project Delivery Team and Business Subject Matter Experts to deliver the detailed business requirements and/or Technical requirements for approved change.Your Role:
  • Delivers business requirements for the Business within the context of :
    • Understanding of the data needs and strategic direction of the Business
    • FCA and London Market regulations and direction
    • Technical and process knowledge of existing strategic Systems
    • Full end to end system landscape
    • Detailed knowledge of Business processes and challenges
    • Market, trends and competition awareness
    • Return on Equity and Investment
    • Resource, budget and delivery challenges
    • Team development, prioritisation and continuous improvement

  • Ability to comprehend data trends and support the business with growing data insight expectations
  • Able to handle and process large amounts of data
  • MS SQL database experience
