Job Description

Hamilton Barnes are a specialist recruitment consultancy who focus on a niche within the IT sector, principally Network Engineering and associated technologies. Founded in 2014, we are now embarking on our next phase of growth and need a talented database administrator to own building out and managing our CRM as we expand into new geographical territories.This person will be a core member of the team and their work will be critical to our development as we continue to grow. Your core focus will be to help maximise the efficiency of searches and provide up-to-date information to the consultants for as they source the best talent for our customers.Key responsibilities will be -Database (Chameleon-i)o Responsibility for maintaining the validity of existing data - clients, candidates, placements, vacancies, etc.o Adding new companies/candidates to the system - ensuring key fields are completed, accurate and in full;o Formatting - uniformity of datao Removing any duplicate records and adhering to GDPR regulationso Updating the existing records on the system, e.g. any managers who have moved/left to be updated, but not deleted.o Auditing placements - updated start dateso Vacancy references - ensuring the labelling is correcto Dealing with bounced emails - update client or candidate contact details.o Merging companies and ensuring details (e.g. email domains, mobile contacts, etc.) are transferred/corrected.o Tagging companies, candidates and vacancies using our unique system to ensure they receive relevant informationo Market mapping - adding new companies in new territories and research new clients.o Assisting in training new starters in Chameleon-i processesSKILLS
