What youll doYoull support in the development of the business area strategy, contribute to business capability, and work across the strategy team to support the in the development of the strategy. Youll also: be
  • Supporting in the development of the strategy and contribute to business development
  • Developing strong working relationships with the wider team
  • Delivering succinct and impactful communication to senior stakeholders
  • Helping to deliver strategic insight and actionable recommendations on the business areas biggest problems and opportunities
  • Supporting with analysis on large projects, while also taking on responsibility for individual deliverables
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to support and guide strategic decision making
The skills youll needYoull need a strong academic record in numerate or quantitative discipline, and a sound understanding of analytics landscape gained in an analytics function or at a top tier consultant. Youll also need:
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
  • The ability to clearly articulate concepts and solutions in person and in writing
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience in strategy, consulting or similar roles
  • Understanding and interest in advanced analytics concepts, such as: artificial intelligence, neural networks, graph databases, natural language processing, reinforcement learning.
  • Ability to work independently with a willingness to learn
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to challenge existing thinking
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
