Job Description

Primarily assisting with the implementation and management of Semarchy xDM as well as leading the Data Quality Roadmap and contributingto the implementation of the data strategy. The purpose of this role is to lead on all areas of data quality in line with the new Data Management Frameworks. This role will lead on bringing all disparate data sources together as a single source of truth forthe organisation as well as curate and manage data artefacts.The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading on the implementation and management of Semarchy xDM
  • Developing new Data Quality KPIs, processes and metrics
  • Leading on integrating both off system and database integration activities into the MDM solution
  • Leading on ensuring Data Management best practice is adhered to
  • Leading on as-is evaluation and recommendations for change from a data quality point of view.
  • Managing data issues and ensuring remedials are carried out
  • Leading on the automation of data quality controls and actions where possible
  • Supporting Business Analysts and Projects with Data Analysis as needed
  • Advocating and championing for data standards and quality
  • Leading on the implementation of Data Quality Dashboards
  • Leading on Data Assurance activities
  • Contributing to the implementation of the data strategy, supporting the identification and management of data use cases.
  • Creating data flows, identify and resolve gaps/technical issues including remediation solutions
RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you will have good working knowledge of Data Management best practices and an understanding of leading AI and ML approaches. Knowledge of the housing sector would be advantageous but a background in a similar industry would be considered.Other experience we are looking for includes:
  • SQL, Azure Data Services and advanced Excel, MS Power BI
  • Experience implementing Data Quality Frameworks and/or making recommendations
  • Experience with integrations, data management and/or master data management tooling
  • Experience translating complex data into understandable business language for communications
  • Experience building data architecture diagrams
  • Experience working with Data stewards and Owners
  • Experience with DevOps
