Job Summary Bromley Permanent BBBH781174 Apr 29, 2021 £60k - £80k Job Description One of the leading insurance firms in the UK are looking to add to their data quality set up with a specific focus on data governance projects across the business. Job Responsibilities: Maintaining the Data Catalogue and recording Data Domains, Catalogue Terms, Data Quality Rules, Roles and Responsibilities Link data terms and create lineage, recording business roles and responsibilities within the data governance tooling Understand and promote the benefits of data governance practises Prepare Data Governance Materials and present these at Data Quality and Data Governance Working Groups Analysing data profiling results within their Data Quality tooling Communicate with data stewards about the changes and potential rules that could be created to maintain the most fit for purpose data Reporting on risks, issues and performance to the relevant data governance members, working groups and forums Ensuring the ethical use of data by complying with core company policies Required Skill Set: Good experience with the Informatica Suite or similar ETL tools SQL Experience AWS experience Experience with data cataloguing/lineage/mapping/profiling Strong data quality experience Past experience in the implementation/initiation of a data governance practise Experience creating and interpreting data quality and governance dashboards Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
