There isnt a part of the Charlotte Tilbury journey that cannot be optimised through interrogation of data.With our quickly expanding Data Team we are looking for a talented Data Product Owner to help steer and develop data as a function within the business. This individual will understand internal user needs (across areas of Tech, Digital, Finance and others)and translate them into strategy, stories and requirements for our Data Team.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage concurrent projects across Data Science, Analytics, BI, Customer Insights and Data Engineering
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across all areas of the business, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance, Tech, Supply Chain and Digital
• Work together with Heads of Analytics, Engineering and Data Science to build out and align roadmaps
• Gather requirements and coordinate objective setting for all Data projects
• Manage strategic roadmaps across the Data Team
• Own team backlog/priorities and ensure they align with the wider company mission

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working directly with Data teams
• Broad understanding of ML, data warehousing, dashboard-building, web/app tracking
• Experience working with BI reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Hands on experience working in Agile frameworkmanaging backlogs, writing tickets and running standups
• Excellent project management skills, including being able to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience in working closely with stakeholders to shape analysis and effect change with the results
• Strong communication skillsable to communicate in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders
• Commercially focused, and aware of how insight can be used to drive business value
• A passion for data analysis and problem solving with a proactive approach
• Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
• The ability to work under own initiative, effectively prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
