Job Description

Data Product Architect (Consumer) | 3 month Contract | £500 p/day (IR35 determination: TBC)The Team and companyMy client is a global consumer company going through a huge transformation. This role will be part of their Digital Infrastructure and Operations team. This team will play a big part of this journey by protecting, operating, improving and automating this platform.To join my client in IT youll need to be driven and equally happy whether youre taking the strategic view or diving deep into processes. Theyll make sure youre set up to succeed whatever your project is, our culture is agile and collaborative.Role Responsibilities:

  • Design data strategy end to end for Commerce Data Domain, including PIM, Stock Management, Point of Sale
  • Govern design and development of physical data models in a domain-driven digital landscape, integration with MarketAdvisor, Yext
  • Gather operational and reporting requirements by coordinating closely with various product owners and architects across the Digital organization
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Analytics and Data teams to understand and implement data standards, governance principles and data quality rules which must be complied with
  • Understand and design for different technology stacks, versions considering market specificities and deployment plans
  • Understand business needs and consumer engagement needs and be able to lead data model design and implementation
  • Work closely with Data Quality teams to ensure data quality KPIs, measures, tools and awareness are adopted within the teams, internal and external
  • Ensure data integration complies with security standard and best practices
  • Improve digital customer acquisition efforts, revenue growth, retention, and engagement for leading brands
  • Support high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels
  • Who were looking for
  • Extensive experience working on data architecture, conceptual, logical and physical data models
  • Experience integrating SAP Hybris with PIM solutions
  • Extensive experience with order, shipments, product database models
  • Experience in SOQL writing, NoSQL systems, cloud databases
  • Experience with eCommerce data models, nice to have DemandWare or Shopify or Magento
  • Experience with data integration of transactional, master and reference data, and working with various data and product owners
  • Experience with data quality measurements and monitoring tools and methodologies
  • Good communication skills, adaptability to a dynamically changing environment
  • Collaborative and inclusive mindset
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with MuleSoft
  • Experience with Retail, 3rd party system integration
