Our client a Multinational Entertainment Company based in Central London is seeking a Data Privacy Lawyer to join on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Global Data Operations and Global Technology teams to provide them with information around international privacy and data protection laws, GDPR, PECR and CCPA.Candidates should have extensive experience of addressing privacy and data protection issues working for a multi-national company. Detailed knowledge of GDPR, PECR and CCPA are essential for this opportunity; whilst having the understanding to deal with privacy challenges relating to digital initiatives. Other responsibilities would include drafting, negotiating and reviewing general commercial contracts, service agreements and supply chain.You must be legally qualified and have a privacy or data protection qualification.
