Data OfficerMajor UK Charity tackling food wasteMostly remote with 1 day per month in London office£31,00035 hours per week + flexible workingAre you experienced with Salesforce Can you work with a newly formed Fundraising Operations Team to help implement and develop the new Salesforce database Do you want to join a fast growing charity, helping people experiencing cost of living difficultiesand tackling food wasteYoull need a great attitude for working with others as well as strong Salesforce experience. One of the first tasks for this new role would be to support migrating the Fundraising teams existing processes from spreadsheets to Salesforce.Youll also createrobust procedures for importing, data integrity and compliance across Fundraising.Main ResponsibilitiesManage all fundraising dataimports, including those from third party suppliers with a high degree of accuracy, including theirreconciliation from theirsource.Work closely with the Fundraising team to support their activity, for example setting up new internal processes from new events or via different mechanisms, mapping data flows, and working with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all new dataprocessing activities are robust.Be responsible for the maintenance &integrity of Fundraising data on Salesforce through regular housekeeping & data cleaning procedures.Provide accurate data selections using Salesforce in accordancewith the wider Fundraising teams requirements, whilst maintaining compliance and within agreed deadlines.Develop & improve data quality & efficiency, whilst adhering to best practice.Develop and support processes for all teams handling personal data, ensuring all data processing activities are compliant in line with data privacy legislation.Create accurate exports to help data analysis across the Fundraising team.Requirements
