Our team designs, develops and maintains data solutions and products for the Child Maintenance Group (CMG) across multiple technologies, including Big Data (Cloudera, Informatica and Qlik Sense), SAS and Oracle. The Children Data Tribe currently consists of around 25 people, based mainly in Newcastle, split between Agile delivery squads and cross functional specialisms. You would be part of a cross functional specialism with responsibility for: Owning and developing Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality & Assurance Live Service Resolution/Incident and Problem Management Data Production Support lifecycle processing (Business as Usual - Data Sets, Apps, Report generation & assurance) You will lead and manage investigations on data related incidents and quality issues. Youll provide research-based options and recommendations to our data suppliers and stakeholders. Youll be responsible for organising and maintaining data processes, and undertake the delivery, management and governance of all products as well as services derived from Children Data tribe assets.Where will you work Youll join our team at our digital hub in Newcastle. However, we currently have all have the tech and tools we need to enable our people to work flexibly, and many of us are working remotely at the moment due to COVID-19.
