- Data Lead –SAP S/4 HANA Transformation- Up to £700 per day - 10 month contract starting January 2021- Remote workingWorking for a global Software Design Company we are looking for a crucial role of Data Lead to assist with Phase 2 of a Global Digital Finance Transformation Programme. The programme has already seen the on-time delivery of Phase 1, the roll out of Record 2 Report. The Programme is now in Phase 2 which is the roll out of Order 2 Cash and is following the SAP Activate Project Methodology, of which, we are just moving from Explore to Realise.To help support the remaining phases of the programme we are looking to add a Data Lead with SAP experience (S/4 HANA) in the Master Data Cleanse, Data Readiness, Cutover and BAU adoption of best practice Master Data Management Processes.To be successful in this role you will come with valuable experience in having already worked on multiple SAP S/4 HANA transformation Programmes. Bring that knowledge with you to help guide and work with the business to take ownership and cleanse their data and be ready. You will be working with multiple delivery partners including 3rd parties so experience in this is also key. You will be working to aggressive deadlines so you will be unfazed by pressure and can work with professionalism and have exceptional communication skills and work as a team to deliver. If you have also had US exposure and worked SoX Compliance Process this will be a huge benefitIn parallel to the O2C workstream, there are a number of additional initiatives that are being worked on as a result of the change from ECC6 to S/4 HANA, these being, the Transformation of Fixed Assets, the Source 2 Pay Migration, and the roll out of the new Cost Centre Structure to downstream Platforms.As an experienced Data Lead we would expect you to have experience in:- At least 5 of years SAP S/4 HANA Transformation / Implementations including Experience working in a Multi-Delivery Partner Model- SAP S/4 HANA and BAU Adoption of Best Practice Master Data Management Processes- Acting as an Interface between the DFT Data Team, the Business and the Programme for the MDM Process, Data Cleanse, Readiness and Cut-Over Deliverables.- Defining the Master Data Cleanse Approach and Plan- Developing the Master Data Readiness Plan including Supporting the Business with the “Get Fit For SAP” Activities Required for Data Migration- Working with BAU Data Owners and Stewards who have Ultimate Responsibility for Business Data and BAU IT to Drive Trail Cutovers ahead of Testing, and Production Cutovers ahead of Go-Live.- Defining the Data Validation Approach and Acceptance Criteria by BAU Data Owners and Stewards Post Cut-Over.- CRM (e.g. SFDC), CLM and SAP (S/4 HANA preferred) Enterprise Data Models including Transformations where the Authoritative Source for Master Data (e.g. Customer) Sat Outside S/4 HANA- Standard SAP SD and MM functionality (e.g. RAR, Customer Contracts, Sales Orders, Billing Plans, Business Partner and Material Master)- Logistics and Supply chain (procurement) desirable- Good communication skills, helping the business understand the technical nature of SAP data- SoX Compliant Process Level Controls for Master Data- Working in a fast-paced environment- Data governance experience- Remote Working Necessary
