Job Description

DATA AND INSIGHT ANALYSTUP TO £34,000LONDONHarnham are working exclusively with a globally renowned arts organisation as they look to build out their data function and move into more advanced analytics. This is a fantastic opportunity to really make your mark on the function and help build out thefunction. If you want to work in a world-renowned organisation at the beginning of their data journey, apply below!THE ROLE:The Data and Insight Analyst will play an integral role and report directly into the Head of Data and Insights. The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Asses, combine and analyse muti-source data to efficiently test hypothesis and surface data led insights
  • Develop and manage tailored data warehousing, structuring and analytical programmes to deliver strategic value to the Organisation
  • Define, co-ordinate and deliver research programmes to further the aims
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and review of the data tool sets
  • Collaborate across the Data Studio team to tailor the delivery of insights, training programmes and technical solutions required to meet stakeholder needs
  • Assess and evaluate existing data processes as required to ensure best practice, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Create compelling data driven narratives, tailoring delivery to the needs of stakeholders
  • Attending events and engage with the work as required to effectively fulfil duties
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal Data and Insight Analyst will have some of the following skills. All are not required, but some of the below will be fantastic:
  • Demonstratable abilities of questioning data of multiple-sources, formats and quality to answer strategic questions meaningfully
  • Demonstratable ability to engage with stakeholders across a variety of platforms and formats
  • Demonstratable and strong data analytics/visualization experience, with appropriate familiarity of the tools and skills required to effectively communicate data driven stories
  • Experience coordinating and project managing data delivery projects for a variety of clients and business needs
  • Demonstratable research experience, with an understanding of the principles of effective market research and behavioral understanding
  • Experience working with large databases and particular experience of Microsoft Tools (i.e. Teams/SharePoint/Excel/PowerBi)
  • Experience with Survey, Social Listening, Data Visualization and Analytics Platforms
  • Experience with Scripting or Database tools such as SQL or Python will be very beneficial.
THE BENEFITS:The successful Data and Insight Analyst will receive a salary of up to £34,000 based upon experience.
