Job Description

Data Support Finance & Procurement TransformationLocation: LondonDuration: 12 MonthsRate: £650 - 800The successful candidate will:

  • Support on detail planning for Mock Cycle A
  • Drive completeness of outstanding planned items such as reconciliation instructions, reports and system roles working with MFB Data Leads and Technology team.
  • Provide and drive transparency on progress across data.
  • Manage the entry and exit criteria for conversion gates and any strategy or approach changes with the appropriate governance.
  • Work with the data lead to plan business data and drive reconciliation activities for mock data cycles and cutover working with CFU/CU Transformation Leads, technology and data SPOCs.
  • Ensure plans are executed against timelines aligned to the MFB programme, and any risks or issues are clearly communicated in line with programme governance.
  • Manage the delivery of reconciliation and cleanse tooling alongside technology partners.
You need to have strong data planning, project, communication, and organisational skills:
  • Finance data conversion experience (systems and process), Enterprise scale, ideally SAP/HANA.
  • Data conversion planning experience in a large, complex, and multi-national organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, constructively engaging with team and business (written and verbal).
  • Management of Microsoft Project plans, use of excel, production of PPT slide presentations, reports.
  • Able to work at pace, producing accurate quality deliverables on time.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in the data and process team leads and Subject Matter Experts in the business.
  • Able to work at multiple levels within a matrix team.
