Job Description

Looking for a career working with data sets and for a role where you will develop skills in data analyticsDatabase Executive (Imports), an opportunity to join a leading charity, based in London. Offering Hybrid Working pattern, 3 days remote and 2 days office based.Joining a Data Team at an exciting major technical/CRM change. This transition will provide you with the opportunity to work with an industry leading data analytics platform and CRM system developing high demand skills within the technical market.With the Senior Data Officer, Data Officer, as the Database Executive (Imports) you will:

  • Upload data onto the organisations CRM database so that all supporter transactions, contact details, preferences and other data are continually updated and always accurate.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day processing and accurate loading of data in line with agreed procedure and timescales.
  • Run import processes to efficiently load data files from external agencies or other databases into CRM system.
  • Work with the import team and stakeholders to build and run ad-hoc bulk data imports
  • Use reports to ensure work is complete and data is accurate.
  • Work on specific data cleaning projects to ensure the database is ready to migrate.
Our client is looking for you have excellent experience of working with MS Excel and passionate about handling large sets of data, with a keen interest in developing data analytics skills. Experience of manipulating large data, bulk data imports and datareconciliation, would be advantageous.
