Data ArchitectWe are one of the biggest and most highly recognised in the technology consulting and IT transformation space. We provide real commercial value through allowing our clients to harness the real power of technology through the development of emerging technology capabilities around analytics, cloud, data science, robotics and automation. We are looking for a strong data architect with experience across SQL, Hadoop, Kafka and realtime streaming architectures to join our team in London. This role requires active SC Clearance, if this is not something you have currently then your application will not be considered.You will be joining a Sunday Times Top 10 employer and Financial Times top 3 IT consultancy who has been around for over 15 years. We not only transform the way our client works but also ensure that their assets are enhanced in the connected world. You will be actively working on an exciting range of technologies with clients ranging of central government, defence & intelligence agencies and national security institutions. The successful data architect will be trusted to lead on our engagements and gain real commercial experience of large scale and highly complex data projects.The ideal data architect will have extensive experience in leading multi-disciplinary of data specialists and capable of engaging with a range of very senior stakeholders. You will be able to work and deliver without any supervision on large scale projects, setting the strategy for effective database usage and lead the development of architectures for our complex systems driving technical excellence. You will have exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record in being able to liaise with cross functional stakeholders regarding strategy, policies and standards ensuring that they are implemented correctly. You will also need active SC Clearance, without this your application will not be considered.The successful data architect will be compensated of a base salary of £80,000 - £90,000 base salary, plus £7,000 car allowance, 12% bonus with the flexibility to work remotely from home until it is safe to come into the office or project site. You will also be rewarded professionally by working on some of the most exciting and cutting edge technologies that are currently available on the market, as well as gaining high levels of responsibility from the outset.
