Job Description

Data & Analytics ManagerOur Technology & Data Analytics (TDA) business unit is 600 strong and offers a range of high value services for organisations going through business and technology change.Our Mid-Market Transformation team specialise in helping mid-sized, UK based organisations navigate challenging Transformation programmes that are principally based on Microsoft Technology solutionsWe are now looking for experienced Data and Analytics Managers to join a fast-growing team focused on a rapidly growing market and assist us in combining technology and data delivery to become the leading business integrator and client-side advisor.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of complex Data Analytics projects and programmesManage matrixed teams made up of people from PwC, our clients and other third partiesIdentify and prioritise data analytics projects with our clients Own and ensure quality in the end to end project lifecycle from ideation through to benefits realisationDeliver value for our clients through helping them solve their biggest problems with data analytics.Effectively engage and communicate with senior stakeholders including C-level executivesThis role will give the right candidate senior exposure at PwC and will present opportunities for progression.Essential skills & experienceTechnical SkillsExperience developing data analytics solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure but will consider GCP or AWS)Experience developing data solutions using modern business intelligence tools (preferably Power BI but will consider Tableau or Qlik)Deep analytics experience in at least one function (e.g Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement etc.)Project ManagementExperience managing multiple analytics projects from ideation through to benefits realisationExperience running projects using an Agile methodology (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban etc.)Experience using Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA, Kanbanchi etc)Commercial SkillsAbility to identify new opportunities and turn these into budgeted projectsAbility to understand complex business problems and design suitable analytics solutionsExperience in turning analytics solutions into measurable benefitRisk Assurance Were a leading provider of trust in the digital world - in the eyes of our people, our clients and our stakeholders.
