Job Description

Join us as a Data & Analytics Manager

What youll doAs Data & Analytics Manager, youll be leading and developing a team of analysts tasked with delivering practical and valuable customer strategies and solutions that drive improved customer outcomes. Youll drive and recommend improvement opportunities to yourstakeholders, embedding a customer focused approach to analytics and the delivery of simple and effective solutions to complex problems. Day-to-day, youll also be:
  • Optimising the use of current datasets for data-informed decision making by leveraging our Google Analytics integration to examine app user data, aiding product decisions and offering UX feedback to product teams
  • Utilising your preferred tools to delve deeper into existing data sources, delivering comprehensible and actionable insights to business stakeholders
  • Advancing our analytical capabilities from describing data to prescribing actions by collaborating with engineering to automate routine analysis and, when applicable, enable real-time data access for teams, facilitating prompt decision-making across NatWestBoxed
  • Work alongside engineering and architecture to outline and create the microservice responsible for delivering data analysis to Product teams
  • Shaping the long-term data science strategy by partnering with senior management to establish the strategic direction for NW Boxed in key areas, including app analytics, BaaS client and customer analytics, business metrics, and customer insights
The skills youll needWere looking for a people manager and data and analytics professional, who can really hit the ground running. Youll be able to draw on your previous leadership experience, and use your analytic skills and understanding of data and tools to provide effectivesolutions to complex problems. Youll also demonstrate:
  • Broad knowledge of data analysis techniques
  • The ability to derive valuable insights from results from analysis
  • Practically applied data analysis techniques
