Job Description

My client - a fantastic organisation in the Not for Profit and charities industry are looking for a Data Analyst - Salesforce to join their tech team on an initial 2-month contract to produce process documents, workflows, deliver data selections and improve data quality. This role is fully remote.Client DetailsMy client is a fantastic organisation in the Not for Profit and charities industry.DescriptionThe successful candidate for the Data Analyst - Salesforce 2-month contract based out of at my clients site in London (Remote) will fulfil the following responsibilities -

  • Use SQL to deliver targeted data selections for fundraising campaigns and other marketing projects
  • Importing data from external sources into CRM
  • Improving data quality on the database by running queries and reports to identify where data is not accurate or in the right format
  • Helping to support the design and documentation of new procedures in order to achieve greater efficiency in our use of the database
  • Carry out organisation-wide requests relating to database marketing
  • As well as the essential technical skills needed in this role, it is equally important that you can adapt the way you communicate with non-technical stakeholders, making information accessible and meaningful.
    • ProfileTo be considered for the Data Analyst - Salesforce 2 month contract role the candidate must present evidence of the following -
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, Pivot Tables, Formulas for data transformations)
  • Familiar with CRM databases
  • Data transformation including importing and exporting
  • Proven working knowledge of Data Reporting, Data Entry/Administration
  • Working knowledge of writing process documents and workflows
  • Ability to clean data, including using excel functions to streamline processes
  • Proven knowledge of GDPR
  • A track record of working in a Data role in the Charity sector is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate complex processes for a wide audience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, good proficiency in other Microsoft Office products
