As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Vice President of Data and Analytics, driving business performance through meticulous data management and insightful analysis. You will craft and execute precise data queries, ensuring the integrity of master data across platforms such as DealCloud and various databases. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in resolving data inconsistencies, performing root cause analyses tomaintain the highest data quality standards. Showcase your talent in data visualisation and reporting by employing tools like Tableau and Power BI, creating compelling reports and visualisations that provide clarity and drive strategic decisions. Your role will also encompass the optimisation of our CRMsystem, DealCloud, enhancing efficiency and user experience. Leverage your proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint sites to automate processes and improve data accessibility. Your commitment to data cleansing and optimisation will ensure our master data remains impeccable, supported by regulardata audits. Collaboration is key, and you will work alongside key business stakeholders and Group IT to address data-related requirements and issues. Your initiative in identifying areas for continuous improvement will contribute to the evolution of our data managementpractices. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for those with a background in financial or professional services. - A Tableau Certification, demonstrating your proficiency in data visualisation. - Strong SQL server skills for effective data querying. - Expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or DealCloud. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and SharePoint Sites. - A proven track record in data analysis, optimisation, and cleansing. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical details into understandable terms. - A problem-solving mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.
