We have circa 1300 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the bestpersonalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.Job descriptionAs a key member of the Digital Team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of data within our newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will help advance customer insight and inform the organisation of changes that impact theonline customer journey through digital performance reporting and analysis.

  • Job type:Full Time, permanent position.
  • Hours:37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the marketing and digital teams by providing useful and actionable reports evaluating and tracking the effectiveness of CRM programmes, managing segments and measuring segmentation strategies to increase conversion and drive engagement.
  • Day-to-day management of CRM data including data cleansing, duplicating segments, data archiving in line with data retention policies, processing marketing consent opt-outs and aligning CRM data with data from the patient information management system.
  • Take responsibility for managing a wide range of data sources and bring those data sets together to assist in delivering changes to the online customer journey and campaigns.
  • Day- to-day management of Google Analytics, including ad hoc analytics requests and the development of weekly and monthly website performance reports. Develop dashboards, set up goals and present insights to the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in an analyst/data/insights role supporting a marketing or digital function
  • Experience of CRM data management, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Optimizely, Oracle, Optimize, Full Story etc)
  • Experience with analysing data from marketing automation platforms e.g. Click dimensions, Marketo or similar
  • Experience with reporting tools e.g. Data Studio, Power Bi, Tableau etc
  • An understanding of GDPR and experience of managing data in line with data retention rules
