This is an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Project Manager in the field of MS D365 / F&O / HR / T&A & Payroll. The HR Project Manager will play a key role in the successful delivery of a Digital Transformation project within the Healthcare& Housing domain. Responsibilities: Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues. Acting as the key interface between functional and technical teams and the client throughout the project lifecycle. Managing all aspects ofproject delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management, and customer satisfaction. Using agile delivery methods and iteration to guide the delivery lifecycle whilst managing scope and controlling budget. Skills /Experience Profile: Full lifecycle HR ERP project management experience, from initial opportunity through to requirement development / definition, functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-liveand service management. Strong experience within a business applications domain. Ideally with functional exposure in HR areas such as core HR, Time and Attendance recruitment, talent management, absence management. Previous experience in the delivery of complexERP projects built on MS D365. Experience managing complex 3rd party software ERP integrations - including F&O HR / T&A HR / HR F&O Payroll Desirably, domain experience including Hospitality, Retail, Healthcare and Housing Excellent commercial management andnegotiation skills. Commercial experience of running a team. Additional Information: Opportunity: Contract IR35 Status: Outside Rate Offered: £550 per day Duration: 6 Months Location: 10% Greater London / 90% Remote
